Need to can cancel or reschedule? Call us at 1-272-230-6256 to make any modifications to your appointment.

  • Cancel up until the end of the day BEFORE your appointment: No penalty
  • Cancel the day of:  you will be charged 50% of the service total you were booked for.
  • No call/ No show: you will be charged 100% of the service total that you were booked for.

You cannot dispute any cancellation fees with your financial institution.
